Collection and Purpose of Use, etc.

In conducting our online real estate property search service, we collect personal information necessary to conduct the service through the "Information Request Form" on our website and forward it to information providers. This personal information is used only to provide information request service based on the customer's consent.

    If the application is made by the person in question, we will confirm the identity of the applicant with proof of identification such as a driver's license, passport, health insurance card, or seal registration certificate.
    If the application is made by a representative, the identity of the representative will be confirmed by a letter of attorney and proof of seal impression of the seal stamped on the letter of attorney, and a phone call to the person in question.

  • 2.Handling charge
    When we respond to a request for disclosure, etc., by registered mail, we will charge a handling fee of 300 yen per request, to be paid in cash or by other means.
