Principal Home builds 142 houses per year. Leveraging our network of leading land information and advanced design capabilities cultivated through our past construction experience, we possess a wealth of architectural know-how suited to each site.
We strive to meet the needs of our clients by conducting community-based land searches and exercising design capability that leverages local characteristics and fully incorporates wind, light, and scenery. Moreover, our in-house carpenters provide safe and reliable construction management. We support the creation of homes with a consistent corporate structure, which ensures we live up to the trust of our clients.
